how to: rusted hood?
shouldnt be "how to" more like "why to". its such a dumb trend, but since im here, i might as well give you pointers.
use aircraft stripper to get the paint off. then once the paint is off, douse it with bleach. let it sit outside for three days, and you will have nice uniform rust.

Step 1: Remove paint
Step 2: Wait
Lol. The rusted hood thing is growing on me. I think it'd be cool to have some sort of design on the hood cleared so it still looks like bare metal in the middle of all the rust

You might could find one at the junk yard. Sanding down the paint with a D.A and soaking it in a sea salt peroxide mix and about a 2 weeks of waiting. You could set if on fire until all the paint burns of if you dont feel like sanding and let it sit outside. I think due to rat rods there is a powdercoating color that looks very close to rust that some use to get that look without the actual rust.
dont rust it paint with calkboard paint u can get from walmart i did it to my old da the kids love it they can write and draw what ever on your hood with calk and u just erase it paint a few coats of it tho
after you rust your hood... i say you get a GT wing... not one that fits your car... either.. u gota get the biggest one you can find and customize it to fitt... (individuality purposes)
then you gota find the best and baddest body kit ever (i say you search ebay, why pay so much to get authentic when u can pay cheap and get knock offs that look the same right?)
and dont bother painting it the same color because you dont want 'class' for your car... u want to one up everybody....so dont paint it the same color as the car... get a two tone... RATTLE CAN that sh*t...not base either.. just primer. get a nice teal primer. and get some 20 inch chromes on your ride... with a big subwoofer and tweeters that blow your ear drums

haha this is funny, the only way this looks good is if the car was an old classic car and it was already rusty and you were restoring it. haha. all it takes is some popular kid to do this then all the rest follow. haha. i dont think i would want to have a Tetanus shot after i popped my hood. haha.
i got another idea... why only rust your hood?
rust your whole car! and the plastic bumpers LMAO
when it starts falling apart, sell it and tell the buyer, this is what's cool!
