Deep Paint Chip/Scratch Repair
So, this happened the other day 
...it's right behind the door near the driver side wheel on my 2003 G35 Coupe, is it repairable without having to paint the entire area?

im sure theres ghetto/cheap fixes to this... but if done properly, i see a few hundred dollar fix. not to make that sound bad but you get what you pay for... its gonna be a sand prep paint and blend

Yeah, I figured it would be something like that, I just wanted to see if they would be able to paint and blend just that section or if that entire rear fender area would need to be re painted.
