Whats a good website to get turbo kits for a good price?...And where can I can I learn more about turbo kits for my Integra LS?..

overboost.com has some decent turbo kits for sale, and the sale reps know their sh. . . . .. stuff

Contact 2K_TEG about kits, he has good prices and great service. Reading these forums are great for learning about turboing your teg, also check out the howstuffworks.com explanation of a turbo, honda-vision has good tech articles on compression and forced induction, team-integra . net has good tech articles as well.
