www.bernardiparts.com

Check out the IM diagrams. Each component is labeled.

However, the better answer is to simply download the Helm's manual.

Do the larger holes go all the way into the manifold? What mani is this from?

What year is your car? The intake mani from my 98 doesn't have the two smaller holes on either side of the big ones, they're completely filled in. The larger hole on the left is much smaller on mine with a nipple there with a vacuum hose that goes to shock tower area. The large one on right is the same on mine, it's maybe a cm deep but filled in.

I'm guessing your car is a 97? Iirc, there were a few emissions systems changes from 97 to 98.

I just looked at my intake mani. This has nothing to do with it.

Ignore the circle. It was there for a different purpose. I just recycled the picture to show that portion of the IM. Sorry for not mentioning that when I posted the picture.

The holes in question are obscured by the pcv hose in the pic. Above the part of the bracket holding the atts breather.

If you have your stock emissions system in place, you'll need the vacuum source from that nipple on the 5gen manifold.
