Default rhd conversion logical to do in this situation??

so i blew my z6, droping lsv in, should i go ahead and do the conversion while i pull the motor? i already am going to paint the engine bay gloss black, so should i do that while the engine is out? also the conversion is from a rexo from japan

Are you just doing a firewall swap? If so, it would be best to have the most access to the firewall to remove the USDM one and replace it with the RHD one.

if you have all the parts and are pulling the motor then yes. just like if you got in a wreck and wanted to save your car then yes. but to pull your motor then find the parts for the conversion is kinda lame...

ya theres about a hole the size of a baseball between cyls 1 & 2 so ya its blown lol. and ive already sourced out the parts here locally in houston, and im trying to figure out if the guy has the steering components and brake booster etc
