I bought an 07 Fit last month, previous owner must not have been a seatbelt wearer as the seatbelt warning light and chime are disabled. I checked all fuses, none missing or burned out. Under each seat there is a wire dangling loose with a plug on the end, could those be the cause? And, where should they plug in? Any advice will be appreciated.

 

is the wire in the blue clip?? if so just take it out and look under the seat for the blue clip and plug it back in
