Is a CTR rear sway bar a good upgrade four a 4dr 96-00 Civic? I don't wanna be switching ends while cornering. My current setup is Weapon-R Dual Spring Circuit Pro Coil Overs w/KYB AGX's.

 

why ctr?? to spend the extra money? isnt an itr rear sway bar that same thing..

 

yeah it is, but I found one for a good price so I'm looking for opinions from people who have had experience with this type of mod.

What price? You can get one (ITR) for about $75 from Acura brand new.

 

I haven't looked into the local dealer, yet. Although the price for the sway bar I was interested in was actually part of a package. CTR Swaybar + Skunk Lower Tie Bar for $150. I'll check on the dealer price. Although, I am expecting it to be a little pricer than $75. We only have one Honda and Acura Dealer on this tiny Island so they knid of getaway with price gouging and ****. Thanks for the info. Well, if anybody has any info on a GSR swaybar I'd be interested in that also.

get the itr 22mm itr Beaks Kit with reinforced subframe plates

a rear sway bar would be a great upgrade. CTR, Mugen, ITR, Skunk would all be goodas long as you have the proper reinforcements. If the ctr bar comes with endlinks and d-brakets, it'll be a good deal.

What model 4dr do you have? The lx, and ex already have front sway bars, so it would be a waste to get an aftermarket one, unless of course you have a DX.
