b16a hatch wont started

i have a b16a hatchback and when i turn the key it makes a single click and thats it and radio is on and lights but sub wont work ether need help just replaced starter and it wont jump started plz help me thanks

try a new battery , you probably have a fullly dead battery

has the starter been check?
is everything properly grounded?
ignition and main relay still good?
