Default No power to cigarette light

I have a 1992 Honda accord lx and have no power with ig. on or off. I read to check fuse 22 it is fine. and to check fuse 11. not sure where it is but all fuses in the main and one in the lower passenger area are ok. I am leaning toward the relay that fires the light plug. I do see 3 relays above the interior fuase panel. not sure if any of these are part of the cig lighter system or not. any help would be appreciated. thanksED

radio is working normally.

remove center console and check the wires that connect to the back of the cig. lighter. might just have a loose connection. its what i had.

theres 2 ways u can get to those wires.
1)if u can slip out your radio u can just put ur hand in and check the connection is good. if not,
2) at least on my 94 accord, they way to take off the consul is:
a) take off the 2 bolts from the side(1 on each side) next to where the seat belt latch is
b) take off the bolt inside the arm rest box
c) slide the back part out and there should be another bolt inside going to the floor take those off
d) remove the 2 bolts holding down the counsel that is connected with the shifter, radio, and cig lighter.
e) check the plug

It could also be the "soft solder" connection at the cig lighter plug has popped away due to too much heat. If thats the case, just install a bullet connecter in place of the factory connector. Cut it, strip it, and crimp the bullet conncetor in place. This is a safe repair if you need a power point. And you are NOT going to be using the lighter to light cigarettes. If that is the case I would suggest a new lighter sub-harness.
