I am trying to figure out how I want to route my I/C piping. And this should help me get some ideas. If anyone has some advice feel free to throw it in.

I was thinking of making a B/D I/C and having it come out the sides of the rad area.

we got a coldside kit for the EG's routes like facotry 160 shipped

 

Actually I have coldside fine, I am more looking for hotside. Whether between the rad and the support (Where the horn is) Or over the top, where the windshield washer res was.

 

I built 2.5" hotside piping for my friend's rex that goes down the hole by the reservoir. Everything fit really well even got to keep the windshield washer reservoir. I'll see if I can dig up some pics.

I had a BD IC on my last EF and loved it. My hot side was less than a foot long. and single piece cold side. Super simple and efficient. Some core support modification was required but no big deal. Will try to find some pics. I have seen hole saw through the driver's side frame rail before and thought unorthodox but works.

 

do most of the hot side charge piping go under the frame?? because im wondering if i should do that

Thru the frame is the best way and the 2nd shortest way. The good old Rex

 

I went up over the top, that was the easiest route

 

i believe that is a polished full race mani... it does look like a ebay special, but i'm pretty sure its not.

 

How did you cut through the frame?
