Default Getting 98 Spec champ white ITR wheels via trade, input needed please.

Whats up guys, there is a guy with 98 spec champ white ITR wheels on his 2004 TW EP3. He wants to trade em for my gold Rota Boost wheels which are 16x7/5x114.3/+45 offset on 205/55/16 tires From what i understand and researched is his 98 spec ITR wheels are 16x7/5x114.3/+50 offset on 205/60/16 tires. Now here are my questions:

1. Will running the 98 Spec ITR wheels (+50 offset) touch my brakes/rub anything? Our stock offset is +45 and im not sure about running higher offsets like +50, will it look bad? Also the 98 spec champ white ITR wheels are +50 right? Just wanna confirm since some sites say they are +60?

2. Hes running 205/60/16 series tires, the oem tire size for the 04-05 EP3s is 205/55/16 series which is what im running, will running his 60 series be a bad idea? (we will be swapping wheels/tires)

3. Good idea, yay or nay?

Here are pictures he sent me of his wheels:

Here is my current set up:

I ran JDM 16's off my 97 ITR, on my 02 EP3 with TYPE-S brakes without any rubbing issues. So you'll be ok in your setup. You said he's running a 60 aspect ratio? Most 205's on an ITR are in a 50 aspect ratio. I'd double check that.
