Default New build, decided to keep some of my stuff.

This is gonna be my second attempt, since my first H23vtec failed. I decided to keep some of the stuff I was selling and just get a good H23 block and H22 head and use what I still have which consists of:
H22 type S pistons
H23 Probe Industries rods
H23 balanced cranck
Modified IM, removed IAB's, welded the ends, removed EGR with delete plate, slightly P&P, bored out 70mm
I have new piston rings and I still have to buy:
68mm TB
ACL bearings
New timing belt
H22 head gasket
Hytech replica header
KMS modified oil pump, so I won't have the same problems I had before (oil pressure issue)
To me sounds like a solid build, someone here locally is selling a jdm H22 for $950 so I'm still debating wheather to buy it or keep on going with what I just mentioned above. Please give me your comments, suggestions or feedback!

Low on funds right now man, you think my H23vtec won't be reliable? I think it would make more power than the jdm H22, but I'm still trying to figure out if it's worth it. It's gonna cost me aroung that much to continue my build.

Hey man, not to burst your bubble here, but your first build failed.

I would get the H22, a stock block will be more reliable than a build.

You can do the build, but so far with my experience, you will run into problems when building stuff. If its reliable that you want than get a stock block. If its a project car, than build away.

True man, I just hate not being able to sell stuff quick, but I'll try to get a shop to put it all together this time and get them to tune it as well, the problem I had with the other one is that the guy that did the assembly put back the stock H23 ecu and run the car like that for 900 miles until I finally got the right one, then I started to see the oil light on the dash flash and the car would stall, but anyways I still got some time to think about it, thanks for the input.

You should build it, But have a shop put the motor together or do it right your self and then youll know its done a 100% just dont rush and slap every thing on.

Would I have to use bugger than stock injectors and use my fuel rail and cam gears? remember the valvetrain is stock.
