as posted. I tried distributor from 90si and new plug wires and still no go. What wire from the ignition through fuse box and out to distributor should i be looking for to check for breakage or short?

 

are you getting fuel as well? Listen for the fuel pump to prime when you put the key in the "on" position without starting the car. Do you hear 2 clicks from the main relay to the bottom left of the dash?

 

GREAT suggestion! The pump is priming cause i can hear the hummmmmm. But now that you mention it, i dont recall hearing the main relay. I 'll jam home and try a diff, main relay and see if that works.

I just hsd the same problem..i thought it was all that and it was just my main relay under my dash..i pocket that at the junk yard..see if thats it..my ride crank but wouldnt turn over..now its fine

 

When you car cranks it is "turning over"

anyways op the black yellow wire in the two plug clip in the distributer is where you should be looking. Is there any codes being thrown?
