Default GC Coilover

What is the different between Regular GC coil over and Koni yellow GC coil over over for a EG? Is it just the spacer piece that sit onto the circlip is the difference?

there are 2 versions of the koni/GC coilovers. one has a regular sized sleeve with an adapter for the koni and the other one has a sleeve that is smaller and fits right against the shock for the entire length of the sleeve. guess which one is better...

the koni specific ones use the clip and fit snug, the others are made to sit on a normal shock perch. when it comes to adjustment and cosmetics the koni specific ones are the way to go if you have konis. worth the $40 imo

I had GC's with Tokico Blues, which sucked, then after my Ksports blew I went back to the GC's and got the Koni yellows.Of course since they were on the Tokico's,they weren't "Koni specific",so what did I do,painted the perch to make it look a little better, because that chrome does suck.

Either way,I'm not sure that it really makes a difference to have the perch or to go with the specific sleeves.I haven't tried to adjust the height since I put them on, so I can't speak about the ease of adjustment, but as far as cosmetics.Even though I painted my perches, who really cares because no one's gonna see it anyway, especially you while you are driving.
