Default B16 producing white smoke?

I recently done a motor swap w/ a b16a into my 98 civicLX. It has a 65mm edlebrock tb, skunk2 pro series intake manifold, hondata intake mani gasket, dc sport header, evo2 exhaust, and chipped p28 on crome. Has a NEW head gasket. It was idling high w/ no check engine light(around 2K). I put the intake manifold on myself and thought I rewired everything right.
I took it for a drive down the street yesterday ( bout 90 degree weather) and at the first stop light it started to get hot, I pulled over and turned it off. Started to go back home when I could see white smoke behind me, pulled over again.
When I started the car this time the car was smoking alot of white smoke from the exhaust. Could it be in the intake manifold? The motor only has 35K on it and I changed the oil 3 days ago and the oil still looks super clean. Help! thanks

White smoke = coolant. Its getting water in there somehow. How confident are you about the head gasket install?

Come to thank of it......
The guy who was SUPPOSED to do my swap screwed up everything so he probably screwed that up to. I'll just consider that gasket screwed.

leakdown test to be sure..
if it is a HG leak, i'd let it run, and rev it, if theirs bubbles in the radiator considering it gone, thats if there's a leak around the water jacket which is cyl 1-4
