So you removed the inner side first, the side that goes into the diff or int shaft ?

and the manual was no help ? .. anyways, for ease of removal place axle back into tranny, place tire back on, lower car to ground, remove axle nut on hub, raise car back up, remove tire, remove axle from tranny side, then hit axle from hub side with hammer, if done right axle should come out from car. Replace, and retorque.

Are you trying to get it out of the hub or the intermediate shaft/diff?

And you've separated the lower arm balljoint to swing the spindle outward?

If yes, just start hitting the axle with a hammer. Doesn't have to be too hard, but do it repeatedly and it'll break free. Try spraying some Liquid Wrench in there if it's not budging (make sure you don't get any on the rotor).

cut it off. And replace the axle and or rotor

Or

If you have access to a torch, you can heat it up and than try to break it free.
