I had to take out the rear seats and panels in my 98 DX coupe to change the rear speakers (effing annoying decision on hondas part to design it this way), and I noticed something wierd. In the areas next to the seats, it looks like the bottom two or three inches of the body are starting to rust/oxidize on BOTH sides. I can kinda see some streaks from what looks like water might be leaking in from somewhere, but I dunno.

Anybody else noticed this, and/or done anything to fix it?

if its just surface rust sand it down and and paint over it.
then find out where the moisture is coming from.
