Default Totally awesome problem, need a part number please :)

So for a quick little story... I was driving around all slow and what not when I go to pull into a Good Times for a shake. Push down my clutch and it falls straight to the floor.

First thought was "Sweet..slave went out.."

Indeed it did go out.. BUT...

The clutch fork also fell out.. like wtf?

So after finding a tow truck and doing lots of this...

We ended up with this last night..

I need the part neember for the pivot ball that's supposed to be there. Any help would be incredibly appreciated

The tranny had to come out anyway to get the 3rd gear syncro or slider ring looked at so it stops coming out of gear. Also, it makes putting in these so much easier
