Default TEIN Super Street problem

Hello
I have one question about Tein Super Street Damper
When I installed this suspenssion kit on the car, this is not so low as I would like to be.
The back is fine, the problem being in front(max low can go)
What can I do, that my car was the front lower?

**i have Honda civic ek4, 2000, b16a2....

trade them for a setup like the skunk pro c that allows that kind of ride height.

however, i've seen the tein SS on a few cars and they were all pretty low. before you try to ride on the ground are you sure that you want all the problems that go along with that low of ride height? problems like : scraping, reduced suspension travel, tires loosing contact with the road on anything but a perfect surface. if you look at a lot of the road course and autocross cars, very very few are dumped.
