JDM Front USDM Raidtor Support?
I did it a long time ago on a GSR. You cut the USDM support along a 'seam' and then cut out and fab up a new enclosure for the hood latch. Then you have to figure out a place to attach the headlights.

but only reason i wanna know this is if its possible to change it back to usdm when ever you want. you know like maybe one day im feeling jdm and the next im feeling usdm i can just switch with out the welding part?

no honda rad supports are welded on, they cant be interchanged like you said
but anything is possible with something custom, maybe you drill holes and bolt the rad support on, but i dont know if the rad support on integra's has any structural support that it whould loose if it was bolted on instead of welded, but at the same time, newer hondas an nissans the rad support its bolted on

An interchangeable front end would be great in canada. JDM front aren't technically legal and the cops are catching on. If you got an MVI for that reason you'd be screwed!
