Default Starving for fuel!

Okay heres the deal, I recently got my head back from Gude performance, they bored out my throttle body and ported + polished my intake manifold. I've got an intake along with an exhaust. I know that she's breathing a hell of alot better, but now she's starving for fuel. My plugs are white with small deposits on them, a sign of detonation. I've got a V-AFC, but what I need to know is how can I richen up the air fuel mixture? I haven't done anything to the fuel system. What is the most important step when trying to richin your fuel mixture?

since you have the v-afc you can increase fuel using the settings, are you familiar on how to program it? the best thing to do would be take it to a dyno though so everything runs great.

I have a book on exactly what you're talking about, i.e. tip of spark plug color, rich and lean fuel mixtures. I haven't really studied it yet just read on it. YEP i know it doesn't help but what the hey.

At least you called gasoline Fuel on that.

What's up with those 310cc injectors? I've been increasing the it with the wide throttle it seems to run better but she's still a little choppy. I need to find someone around here with experience tuning on a dyno!

even more so than finding a dyno would be finding a good wideband O2 to tune on. if you can find someone with one.

you can also get a fuel regulator but the only way to tuneit right is on a dyno...

with the stock ecu at stock settings you should not be running dangerously lean as you mention. white plugs?
just richen the whole mixture at wot and part until you can get some dyno time.

yeah pick up an adjustable fuel regulator and maybe a fuel pump..... you can set your base pressure higher and lean it out some with your VAFC
