Default what to look for

I am now in the market for an rsx type s. Most likly its going to be a 2002 or 2003, seeing how I can't really afford a much newer ones. What should I look for, or at while buying one. What should the owner done for maintenance? The cars im looking at generally have between 80k and 100k miles. Also are there any weak point on these cars, for example the tranny?

Yess, look out for gear grinds (like any MT car really), K-series transmissions tend to have gear grinds. Also, try and get a completely stock RSX. I think anything else to look out for is pretty common knowledge.
