Little accident to my R
My car was parked to the side of the road and was bumped by another car bettween the door and the rear wheel.
I wonder if they change the panel : does the new panel would have the
"integra type R" decal on it ?

How hard was it "bumped" ?
If the rear quarter panel truly needs to be replaced, it usually involves welding. You'd need to order a new decal after everything was painted up.

Yes I got the guy who did it. When the alarm ring I came out to see what appened.
The guy was still there, in fact he didn't wanted to "escape" and we made the paper
for the insurance company.
Tha panel is smashed about five or six centimeters deep and from the door to the
the wheel. The wheel and the door are intacts.

If nothing else is bent and you only have one dent, then you don't need a new panel. It's a lot of work to put a new panel on the car. And you don't want to see it while they are doing that.....
That's one thing I can't seem to understand about these fools.... how can you hit a parked car???
My car was parked at home and this girl made a U turn out of the lot and bumped into my car... She claimed that she didn't see my car parked there.... wtf????
It was only a few little scratches on the rear bumper so I let her go...I usually backed my car in the lot, but for some reason I didn't that day; lucky I did that, otherwise she would have bursted my lights and my front lip...
This happened like a year ago, but I still get frustrated hearing a parked got hit

I don't think you'll need to replace the whole rear qtr panel either...Let us know what you find out from the bodyshop.
I'm just very careful of where I park now. My girlfriend's brother had his parked civic totalled because a lady didn't know how to park and smashed her car into his. The civic was smashed into another car next to it...Just imagine that his driver door is in the other car's passanger door.

Ryuiji - aren't you in France? It's a wonder if you guys don't hit parked cars on those narrow-a$$ streets.
I would suggest paintless dent repair (if you have one in France). And, just live with the scar.
If you want to fix it correctly, that's major $ and major downtime. (weld, fresh paint, etc... and, I bet they won't match Honda paints that well in France.

That's right most roads here in France are narrow.
With a single US road we make a highway here

We learn to drive with those roads so usualy it's just fine...
not this time...
Unfortunately, the first body shop I went is closed the monday and the second is
closed for summer holidays till tomorrow...
