vtec not working!!
alrite brought this back again.....so iv been having issues with my vtec code 22...but before i wanted to bypass it, i wanted to fix the problem...with all that said, i took out my vtec solenoid today and found out that i got a bunch of metal shavings covering the screen (most likely from the break in period of my lsvmotor) but anyways i cleaned that out but tried to give power to the solenoid switch and i dont hear clicking or anything....could it be the problem...should i switch it out..
yeah, more than likely the metal shavings ended up causing it to go bad. If it isn't clicking with power straight from the battery then the solenoid is bad.
