Default 1 long blink and 14 quick blinks?

Hey guys, It's been a while since i have been in the EF threads, but i have a pretty weird issue going on. my paps has a 91 hf CRX and the ECU is flashing 1 long blink and then 14 quick ones after that. I have never heard of it doing that. I know 1 long = 10, and 1 quick equals 1. but why would it do 10+14. and there isn't a code 24, so i looked up code 10 and code 14 and code 10 is a Intake Air Temp sensor, and code 14 is IACV so i want to make sure thats what needs to be fixed before i spend the money on the new ones. thanks for all the help

Does the car have a weird idling issue?

Is there a short pause (~2 secs) in between the 1 long blink and the 14 short ones?

Here are the troubleshooting for IAT and IACV.

wow thanks, and no there isn't any weird idling, the car was throwing a 02 sensor code so he fixed that and changed the dizzy cap and rotor and drove it, and it was fine for a day and then now these codes pop up. so the car might just need a ECU reset, but either way i will check all the things that pdf file above says. thanks

Yeah I was going to mention just remove the hazard fuse for like 10 sec, replace it, start the car and see if any codes are being thrown at that point.

You may have the switched the plugs. (try switching them back)

IAT sensor should have red and green wires

OBD0 D-series ECUs do not have long and short blinks, only short blinks - you have a code 1 for O2 sensor and code 14 for EACV
