Blue Headlights?

Blue Headlights?
Okay, this isnt a technical problem but i have seen some blue Headlights for 99-00 civic's. I was wondering if they are sold like that or is there a way to make it that way. Please help

They are either blue tinted halogens or ~6000-8000k HIDs.
Just because they look cool to you does not mean they perform well. You want to stay closer to a pure white for visibility purposes.
