Default Steering Wheel Shimmy During takes Ok at High Speeds

I recently upgraded to ex brakes check wheel bearing are ok tires are balanced alignment is good.

My problem is wheel shimmy during take offs say going from 0-25mph low speeds ONLY. High speeds its perfectly ok. Only happens on take offs from 0-25mph other then that is fine

I am thinking its the POS autozone axles which are causing the vibration because the tires are balanced and the alignment is perfectly wheel bearings are fine and brakes are not causing any vibration under braking..wheel shimmy is not bad but I just trying to fix this because before I didn't have this problem..when I had different axles changed both axles. I think I will need to go fork out some money to get oem rebuilt honda axles..

any ideas boys?
