Default Optimal tire pressure?

Was at the track on the weekend and I'm just trying to find advice on what tire pressure might be good. I'm running Mickey Thompson ET Drag 22.0-8.0-15 and I was starting out at 11psi and getting 2.0 60" times. So I dropped it to 9.5psi and I hit 1.85 60"time which was my best ever. I making approx 270whp in a heavy car, but I was wondering if anyone has any advice with this size tire or if I should keep dropping the pressure or if 9.5psi is low enough. The tires looked flat at 9.5 psi, but I suppose after warming them the psi will rise a bit? Thanks

Edit: Just found a good post about tire pressure, reading through it, it appears that most people are running between 7-8psi, good thread though
