I used my Syncrowave 180 for the build, they are for a 3000gt..

A bead roller. They are cheap for a manual one from HF.

I use the HF one. Its junk out of the box, but its easy to modify so that it works pretty well. There are some good descriptions of the modification on the MetalMeet forums.



If you roll tube ends frequently, you need the Bead Form.

I made one I found the design for linked here a while back. I actually made a few of them using old vise grips and exhaust clamps, they work fine but you can't get TOO close to the end of the pipe. I didn't know HF had one, might be something to look into.
