Must be 100% smog legal and be able to be smogged on purchase

If swapped motor I need paper work because i don't want my car crushed

Interior must be there not gutted, I have to lug around kids.

(willing look at other hondas too but no civic coupes or preludes)

(good suspension and wheels are a plus)
