Clutch and Flywheel opinion.
f1 is super cheap..but they dont last long. and flywheel..depends on what amount of power you want to make...you dont want a cheap flywheel breaking and coming back into your firewall like a sawblade

What kind of setup do you have? Is it a daily driver, strict track car, drag racing?
For a daily driver, I'd highly recommend an Exedy or Daikin (same company) clutch. For stock up to mildly modified, a stock replacement will be fine. Check Amazon out, they have the stock clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and a packet of grease all for about $100 shipped.
Don't get a Stage 3 or higher unless you absolutely need it. It just sucks driving and it will wear out stupid fast.
