The shoulder harness retractors on the '91 EX I just bought don't work. The previous owner said they never worked the whole time he owned it and had used replacements for them in the trunk (his brother works for a salvage yard). I'm thinking the original owner had them disconnected, where is the logical place to disable these ? I've kissed the windshield before, I want all the belts to function and I rather not tear half the car apart looking for the disconnect if I don't have to.
