99 integra cluster problem

99 integra cluster problem
my cluster rpm were moving not following the engine and now completely stopped also the temp gauge doesn't work, was working fine (temp gauge), when I tap the cluster the temp gauge will start moving, do i need to replace the cluster or can it be something else
