Need help converting dpfi to mpfi!!!
I have a 91 civic x 4 door and im planning on either 2 things either swapping for a b16a or goin towards a mini-me swap depends on how deep my pockets are once i figure out this problem i have. my car is stock d15b2 5speed and its carb/dual point. i need help figuring out how to convert it to multi point. ive searched throught the internet and a lot of car forums but i havent found a legit description on how to do this. someone told me something about a resistor box but i need step by step or a web site thatll help me. please try and email me because i rarely check ht.com. nathan96786@yahoo.com

No the Si wiring harness will NOT plug into the LX, DX, or STD underdash harness. You either have to replace the whole underdash harness from a MPFI car for the Si engine harness to plug into it.
The reason it doesn't work is the round plug at the firewall on the LX harness does not have the pins for the Cylinder Position Sensor, which you have to run new wires for.
Just use your exisiting wire harness, you only have to run like 4 new wires to the engine bay, it would be much easier than tearing out the entire dash in my opinion.

^^^ damn that just made my day haha what about the fuel rail and the plugs my stock harness doesn't have the 4 plughs it has the brwn yellow and green plugs. I've done swaps b4 but I've never had to do this and a lot of my friends don't and the ones that do have lost contact. Thanks again for the help
