Default Best header B16 road clearance

So i've dented my header. i repaired it but i'm curious which header is out there on the market with the best road clearance.
Was hoping for 4-1 that would tuck up into the pan a little more.

What kind of header do you have? Unfortunatly that is one downfall about a 4-1 header is it does hang really low, if you are worried about clearence you will probably have to look into a 4-2-1 as this doesn't need as much room because you are only tucking 2 pipes instead of all 4.

The car is actually a road race car and our current track is very bumpy if you have an of any where presto dented header.
i know you'll say stay on the track. Well sometime easier said than done. Ie water on the track in the braking zone.

Anyway the current header i have is a megan racing header, What i would really like to have is a header that fit more closely to the block and up further into the pan.
if they're isn't anything avail i will probably just cut up my current and modify.

???? i have an upper part of a JASMA header does anyone have a pic of this header and clearance. I may use it and fab my own lower pipe.

I can't really help you. But whatever you do don't use a JG 4-2-1. From the front it looks like my car has some fat *** nuts dragging on the ground.

You can try using one of those skid plates

I'm not quite sure which header has the best clearance but if it's just a road race car and not being used on the streets i'd say just get a side-exit header.

I cannot remember who the seller is, but there are some companies on H-T here who make a replica of the Hytech 4-1 header. Some of them are redesigned slightly to allow better clearance. Saw some pics and they tuck in pretty nicely by the oil pan. Hopefully someone can chime in as to who the company is on here who makes it.
