What all is needed for a swap using a b20 block/ and b16 head? so far i have the b16 wire harness,ecu, and a 2000 civic ex. WHATS MISSING? Also how much am i looking at spending for the total swap? Also is there anyone on here located in the Dallas/Ft WOrth area????

Would i still need the vtec conversion kit since the b16 head is already vtec

thats the only reason you need the converson,
you cant convert a non vtec head to vtec.

Well the man reason anypone wants to do a swap is for mor power right? Thats why i want to... But is SOHC motors just as good? For instance in my 00ex i has a d16y8. What could i do if anything to get good performance out of it other than turbo.? Cause if i could spend the same amount of performance of out a SOHC with the money i would spend on a swap than i would just keep it.
