Well I got a traffic ticket and I tried getting an extension online. It could not find my ticket and I also checked my drivers license online to see if I have any other tickets. None was found. I was scheduled for court this tuesday. What should I do to make sure I need to go?

 

call ur local Clerk of Courts... i gotta ticket for rollin through a stop sign before and when i went to pay it they said it wasnt in the system.. even tho i handed the lady the ticket i got she said there was nothing she could do about it because it never made it to the daily citation log "where cops drop off all their tickets" so you may have gotten lucky like me and had a retarded police officer give u the ticket an forget to turn it in, or lost it... but call the clerks office..

 

well the guy that gave me a ticket was cool.. he still gave me a ticket but then afterwards I told him I have a friend who works the west division as a police officer. and he asked me whats his name? so I told him and he was like "yeah I know him". I think he might have thrown away the ticket because I was polite to him and I knew a police officer.

Well I just spoke to my cop buddy who I mentioned about on the phone. He tells me to still go to court just in case and pay the mandatory fine and plea not guilty. Then they will set me up a date and then he will talk to the police officer who gave me a ticket and tell him not to show up to court. LOL but I still have to pay the bail fine.
