D16A1 head on D16A6 Block?
Will this bolt right on to my block?
I know the pistons are different A1 p29 and A6 pm7
as well as the t-belt
the distributor
and the wiring for the distributor
and cam sensor
as well as the needing the ecu from an 89 teg.
Ive searched on this topic and always found nothing but ZC this pm7-p29 That and the rarity of a nice quality ZC engine these days for a decent price, while I could easily get my hands on an A1 head that I know the milage and can easily return it locally with no need for dealing with importers and or shiping bs.
Reason for doing so is the car needs a head gasket... and why not?

So why wont it fit?
What will I need do to to make it fit?
The D16A1 Block that is,
And good call on the piston spec.
