I don't know if it's time, but this is the settling point of my life. I'm very happy with this car and I'm amazed of the potential.
July 24, 2008: The motor spun a bearing due to old owner not taking care of it. Apparently the professional installer who installed my clutch did not know himself, but the person who is rebuilding it saw it clearly. Oil was leaking through the rear main seal. So it was leaking into the case tranny. A complete rebuild is still in the process and it will be ready for the new owner. Everything will be new, bearings, seals... EVERYTHING! Professionally done and it will be practically a brand spanking new motor. The rebuild will be done right! Professional, and torqued everything to spec! No short cuts at all! It's being rebuilt from the ground up. So from the list, addition to the rebuild, will be K20Z1 cams from an 05 Type S. And Brand new RBC Intake manifold w/ Hondata intake manifold gasket.
December 26, 2008.
The car has been running. Perfectly fine, no oil burns, engine runs way better than before. Pulls harder than before. New updated pics if you search for it.

Hidden everything.
He's on Honda-tech and is well known for alarms. A stolen car is not his thing.
Remote start will be available to new owner if they want it.
The bad: Nothing mechanically. Runs better than the day I bought it.
1 little mini mini chip in the rear bumper near the license plate. Hardly even noticeable.
SRS light is on, it's a warrantied item. Dealer covers it. I forgot what it was called (OBS?) sensor.
It was a recalled item though.
Asking price: 14k with mods FIRM. It's not a for sure thing, It's a little more than KBB value, I know. That's just with mods, I can always part out. I'm not in a hurry.
If you want it stock, KBB value: Excellent condition. I'll even help you guys when the title transfers over.
Would rather sell stock.
STOCK:
Aspec kit, JDM Window visors, sidemarkers, rear decklid is included. The 05 Type S cams will be included. The tranny will be included. Original vins. Hondata K-Pro. Why Hondata? Because my alarm only allows this ECU to run with the car, unless you have an ECU immobolized for this car.
$12,500obo
We can work out something if mods want to be purchased with the car.
Motor runs strong. You're basically getting a fresh motor. Rebuilt at 77,604 miles

Any questions, feel free to ask.
Reasons for selling: I have new plans for a new car.
BTW: I do not have the title for this vehicle, if you're serious, we'll have to work this out. The bank has the title.
