K20A in a DC5 type R?????

K20A in a DC5 type R?????
i heard that K20a engine is from a S2000, so why would they put one in a DC 5? i read that k20a is 10kgs lighter but S2000's are pretty slow in my experiance....

F20C is a S2000 engine.

The K20A and the F20C are two completely different engines. However, the F20C was sort of viewed as the transition engine between the VTEC and the i-VTEC motors, so many articles have stated that the two engines have a few things in common (hence leading to a misconception that the two are related).
