Where do I look to see if i'm OBD1 or OBD2?
UH...........Sorry if this is a stupid question but where can i find this at? I have a 94 INTEGRA LS and I got a b18b swaped in. I don't know what year it is, all i know is that it's a 96+ because of the diffrent valve cover. I really wanna find out. Let me know...thanks

check the plugs
00+ should be ABC connector
96~99 should be ACD
as you can see from the pic
OBD IIb (left 3 plugs used)
OBD II ECU
OBD I ECU
OBD 0 (JDM PR3 and PWO)
those are ecu's located behind your passenger kick panel, also the vin on the block can tell you what year, If I got time i'll get out the helms later and give you the legend for figuring out the VIN
Do you know where the vin is on the block? Where do I look? Under the car? Probably be better if you just showed me were the ECU is so i can check which OBD i have........

Anyone else?
the VIN plate is on the front of the block for 96+ i believe.
they already explained to you where the ECU was.
on a side note if you have an RSM i'd assume you'd seen the ECU at least once...

why swap the same engine in (unless it got blown)?
and i'm not a detail-specific enough kind of person to notice that its' RHD.

When i bought my car it came with NO HEAD. The block was exposed to sun for over a year and i would of had to rebuild. Cheaper to swap one in instead. B18b all the way!!!
Also, i removed the kick panel. (they didn't even screw it back in when they did swap) it came right off. I still can't tell which ECU i have. ALL i saw was L H on the side of it in BIG LETTERS and a bar code of some sort. Would i have to unscrew it off the car and move it around? Would i **** up anything if i unscrew it to see?

unscrew it, pullit out, and look at the connections, and compare to the pics.
it's just a computer. it'll be ok if you pull it out
