my friend and i are trying to install a hid kit on his 02 rsx on the dim lights, the bulbs fit right but wont stay flat in the socket when the hold down is on them. any suggestions?

 

I believe when you put it in, your suppose to twist it around so that the hinges around the plate "locks" in.

 

Kind of like a bottle cap for water.

no you dont twist them, do them in the daylight so you can see, and make sure your x clips are in the right place, the kit you bought should have x clips like that the stock bulbs plug into if it was for an rsx. with out x clips your f'd in the a, which sounds like your missing them.. u can mod your stock ones to use but youll never be able to use them again if one of your lights go out, and u need to put a stock on back in.
