So i was wondering since my car currently doesn't have power windows or locks, is there any way that i can take the internals out of a matching pair of civic doors and put them into my existing doors? the reason i want to keep my current doors exterior is because of the paint.

any help is appreciated, maybe a guide with pics of the wireing or something.
