1997 EK HATCH 6K Miles Big *******!!!

This car was a dream come true for me, I just happen to do it about 10 years late.
This is the car I wanted to build in 1996 when I was a single dude, partying all the time and rampaging random towns in SE Michigan with out a care in the world.
Now Im 31 years old, Married and have two children. On the up side, I make enough money now to have actually built a car this sweet. On the down side, its just not a practical car for a family man.
So to put it plain and simple, I need a car I can drive all year round and actually put my family in and go somewhere.
Only having a CRV we can all go out in kinda sucks and if anything ever happened to the CRV, My wife and kids would be stuck with no vehicle thats practical to move about in.
Now. Onto the car.
Everything is NEW/OEM unless stated otherwise, I wont state the obvious.
Everything was purchased and installed within the past 6 months, and has only seen the mileage that's on the motor right now.

New Engine Break in Procedure:
I wanted to tell any potential buyers the process that was used for break in of this motor.
93 Octane fuel from first startup.
Oil Change Regimen
0 - 20 Miles SAE 30W Non-Detergent Motor Oil & OEM Honda Oil Filter.
I did alot of short blast's in this period and instead of using my breaks to slow down I allowed to motor to decelerate on its own.
No VTEC during this period.
20 -100 Miles SAE 30W Non-Detergent Motor Oil & OEM Honda Oil Filter.
This period I was doing hard pulls, Using VTEC and redlining at 7k
Compression test on all 4 cylinders read. 210,208,210,209.
I still would not cruise at a steady speed alternating engine speed as much as possible.
100 - 500 Miles 10w30 Mobile Non-Synthetic Motor Oil & OEM Honda Oil Filter.
I started driving the car more normally late in this period but still never keeping a steady cruising speed.
And still no highway driving at this point. Compression test at 500 miles read 210 across all four cylinders.
500 - 1000 Miles 10w30 Mobile Non-Synthetic Motor Oil & OEM Honda Oil Filter. At this point I was driving much more normal.
Not using VTEC very often and started using the highway and cruising around 900 Miles.
1000 - 2000 Miles 10w30 Mobile1 Synthetic Motor Oil & Mobile1 Oil Filter. Compression test read 210 across all cylinders again.
At this point break in is complete and the rings have seated properly in all four cylinders.
2000 - 5000 Miles 10w30 Mobile1 Synthetic Motor Oil & Mobile1 Oil Filter.
