I have a 1991 Mazda Miata that I was going to turn into a street/track car but decided to get something else instead.

The car has a 260k miles on it with a clean and clear SC title. The was a Automatic car but was converted into a 5 speed. The engine runs quite well to have 260k miles on it but it does burn a little bit of oil. It runs and drive great.

Good:

Unmolested car, so the car hasn't been destroyed by some ricer
Straight body
New top
New clutch
A real SCCA approved roll bar
A/F Cat-Back Exhaust system (ebay special)
94+ front and rear brakes, not yet installed
Pioneer cd/mp3 cd player
pioneer front speakers

Bad:

The paint is not in the greatest of shape, had I guy i know paint it for me but now the paint is starting to flake off in some parts.
tires have about 35% life left in them
a/c doesn't work
needs the newer brake installed cause the front rotors are warped pretty good
needs shifter boot
speedometer doesn't work but the odometer does so the mileage is correct
