So i just ran the cel on my prelude and im getting a code 21 i know this is the vtec solenoid but i cant figure out why the hell my car seems to be in limp mode. I do not have my knock sensor hooked up and im using the p13 but its not throwing the code. The car is running really rich i can smell the fuel and im getting quite abit of black **** out the exhaust. I have not driven the car since the timing belt needs to be replaced but its idling at 1500 and she wont rev past 3000. WTF. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
