sway bars
Not sure about front sway bars, but they don't have back mounting points for sure.
So no SI Swaybars won't fit unless you make your own brackets, or take the ones from the SIs

yes they are direct bolt up. you just need the hardware that holds the sway bar in place. i would put the stock sway bar in the front from the Crx Si or Civic and get rear ST sway bar for it.
you dont need any control arms (check the front lca's for the mount holes), a stock front sway bar should fit fine i added one to my std, but the rear mounts arent there for a stock bar, but the ST (suspension techniques) sway bar mounts to the tow hook holes which every model has.
