Icon3 JDM 97 B16a SiR-II OBD 2 Into EM1 Question

As the title says, i'm putting an OBD2 97 B16a SiR-II into my EM1

Now that I know it's an OBD2, Do I HAVE to switch over these things as following? Even though my car is an OBD2 also?

Vtec solenoid
Intake manifold
Distributor
alternator
Oil pump

This is originally what I would have to switch over if the engine were an OBD1.

Do I still apply to these things to my engine, even though it's a JDM OBD2?

Or would It be a direct drop in like i'm hoping?

Ahh. I've heard to sides to this.

The guy steve from Hmotors says I still need to swap out the vtec solenoid, Dizzy, Intake manifold because it doesnt have the vaccume lines the ECU looks for, and the oil pump for the CKF

And i've heard others say what you said, but along with the oil pump. And that's it. Does anyone know 100%?

im doing the same exact swap right now and i saved a rack of loot by bypassing the ckf sensor wiring do the dizzy. and everything else neeeds to be changed.. this is because your going from obd2b to obd2a and if you want to pass emissions.. you need to run your factory ecu
