1998 honda civic ex 4 door:

i have no idea what to do, all the wires from the dizzy are brand new, timing is set, tranny was filled and checked for leaks, and i almost have to feather the car's gas pedal for it to go. it wont do anything when its w.o.t neither.

any help would be appreciated.


ps- the car is auto and the d4 light keeps on flashing as well
