Default BUILT Honda Acura JDM B18C Golden Eagle Sleeved Turbo Motor 0 Miles! TRADE?

For sale is a freshly sleeved and built B18C by Golden Eagle. I have done some research on the B18C stamp and it is either a JDM GSR or Sir (Type R). They seem to share the same stamp. All of the best parts were used in the build regardless of price and nothing was overlooked. IF YOU RUN OR WANT TO RUN BOOST THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO, PERIOD.

ZERO MILES since build
Sleaved by Golden Eagle (sleeves rated at 70 lbs)
Bored to 85mm also by Golden eagle
JE 85mm 8.0 / 1 compression pistons. 2618 T6 high tensile forged aluminum
Rings gaped to .018 top ring and .020 bottom ring by Xact Machine
Reground, polished and inspected crank
Eagle rods
New bearings miked & plastigauged
Moroso Deep sump oil pan, internally baffled etc
Modified Oil pickup
ITR high flow/ volume oil pump
ARP studs throughout
I believe it's a B16 OBD-0 oil cooler
Custom 85mm head gasket
Type R Flywheel
All new bearings, seals, o rings etc, crank pully is included just not shown.

I also have a complete B16 Vtec head, alternator, power steering, all accessory brackets, DC2 Integra motor mounts, starter, i know I'm missing some stuff but basically all the bolt ons and sensors I should be able to find. Yes, it is a stock but it would be a great start to build for a monster head.

This motor was originally in a DC2 Integra and put down 505 WHP before it spun the wheels on the dyno so I never got a real figure on power. It was stupid fast, lets put it that way. This was done with the same basic rod/piston setup running a GT35R Garrett @ 22 lbs.

All the tolerances on the motor are perfect. I had everything done by either Golden Eagle or X-Act Machine. Bore was done by Golden Eagle, bearings were miked by X-Act. Rings were gaped for boost also by X-Act Machine along with fitting bearings and the regrind/polish on the crank. All this work has been done in the last two months so everything is fresh. I have all corresponding receipts. 0 miles!! I'm in this motor over $2k in just sleeving and machine work!!!

Asking $3,275 for the shortblock and $3,675 for everything I have mentioned (head, alternator, power steering, all accessory brackets, DC2 Integra motor mounts, starter, sensors, I will also throw in my ARP head studs if you buy the whole motor.) I might also be interested in trades, doesn't necessarily have to be a Honda product, I'm very open as long as it has value (cars, trucks, bikes, quads..........)
